Using our platform, you have the ability to communicate and collaborate internally/externally with your vendors at the Questionnaire level. This can be helpful for communicating concerns, requesting clarification, and inquiring for additional information specific to an questionnaire.
Please Note: The navigation in this article for the Active Questionnaires table can be referenced for both Vendor Connect and Client Connect.

Navigating from Active Questionnaires
1. From the Questionnaires Module, navigate to the Active Questionnaires Screen, click on the 3 dots icon under the Actions column for an Active Questionnaire, and select Go To Overview as shown below.
Please Note: Please scroll to the right of the screen if you don't see the 3 dots.
Internal Messaging
1. Once in the Overview Screen click on the Internal tab as shown below. Here, you can view internal messages sent or received by members of your organization during the collaboration process. You can also compose a new message using the text box and press Enter to send a new message to your collaborators.
External Messaging
1. Once in the Overview Screen click on the External tab as shown below. Here, you can view external messages sent or received by your vendor. You can compose a message using the text box and press Send Message to send it to your vendor.
From the Unread Messages Column
Alternatively, you can view questionnaire external messaging threads directly from the Unread Messages column. This is an optional column that can be configured for the Active Questionnaires table view. To learn more about managing table views, please see our full help article here.
1. Once the Unread Messages column is added, you can click the hyperlink to be directly brought to the corresponding unread external message thread in an questionnaire's Overview Screen.
Please Note: Even if this column reflects 0 unread messages, the hyperlink will still take you to the External Messaging tab to view existing messages or send new ones.
