Questionnaire Reminder and Past Due Notifications

Our system provides Email Reminders and Notifications to help users to track and complete their questionnaires. When a Questionnaire Recipient receives a questionnaire for answering, he/she will receive email reminders when the questionnaire is nearing the due date or when the questionnaire is past due.

Questionnaire Reminders

Email reminders will be sent to all Questionnaire Recipients 2 days before the due date by default. 

1. To navigate to your Questionnaire, click on the View Questionnaire button to view and respond to the Questionnaire.

Past Due Notifications

When Questionnaire Recipients have not submitted back all their answers to their Partner on or before the due date, the system will send an email notification to the Questionnaire Recipient 2 days after the due date. 

1. Upon receiving the notification, click on the View Questionnaire button to view and respond to the Questionnaire.

Scheduled Questionnaire Reminders

Our platform also provides users with the ability to set up custom alerts to notify the Questionnaire Recipients when creating an upcoming questionnaire. Users have the option to set one or more alerts for themselves and their Partner Contact on or before the Publish Date.

Manual Questionnaire Reminder Emails

Questionnaire Owners and Admins have the option to manually send email reminders to their Partner Contacts when responses are still pending on their end.
