Assessment Module
This release brings several customer driven enhancements to the Assessment Module
All Assessment Users
- A user who is exporting an assessment can now view the file export to show up to 250 dropdown options.
- Users will be able to set custom attributes on upcoming assessments. The platform will now have a feature to toggle on and off to see all assessment attributes regardless of whether they are enabled on the assessment.
- We have fixed an issue with scrolling through assessments with large comments.
- When generating the Assessment Report or selecting Download all Files users can select which columns will appear in the assessment file. This does not apply to Export because export needs various columns to work with reimport.
- We have improved performance when filtering and deleting questionnaires on Manage Questionnaire to help users more effectively use duplication, filtering, and deletion to build variations of a main questionnaire.
- In Upcoming Assessments users can now set assessment custom attributes on Plans and Schedules.
- In Upcoming Assessments users with Legal Entities can change the Partner (role) and view the Partners on the main tables.
- In System Admin roles will show a new permission for assessments and upcoming assessments named Change Due Dates. This property will control if an assessment owner or upcoming assessment owner can adjust due dates. Since all owners can adjust due dates today and because this property has no impact on users that do not own an assessment or upcoming assessment (they cannot edit) this property will be enabled by default. Admins can restrict this property to restrict editing due dates.

Partners Module
This release also includes improvements to the Partners Module.
- The partner and product files tables now support all filters like the All Files table.
- The partner, product, and legal entity tables will now show the record id for each row. This column will be hidden by default but can be added via the gear icon (table configuration).
- On the Partner table, users can add an archived column to tell which records are archived. To show archived records users must click the table settings (gear icon) and select Show Archived Records. Before users could not distinguish archived from unarchived records after selecting show archived records.
Platform
- Within the Report Builder Module, the Issues data source will now support the Description, Resolution, and Recommendation columns.
- Tables now support Not Equals for dropdown values. This helps with multi-select dropdowns where previously we did not have a filter for users to specify all records that do not contain this value.
- The user audit log will now export over email.

Response360 is the first-of-its-kind generative AI solution tailored for responders of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and other questionnaires. Leveraging cutting-edge generative AI technology, Response360 automates questionnaire responses and continuously updates a centralized repository of your response content. This transformative approach reduces manual errors, boosting overall efficiency and reliability in the response process.

Response Management
Response360 users can access Response Management to upload and respond to RFPs, DDQs, and questionnaires received outside the CENTRL platform. In this release, we will roll out the following features and enhancements:
- For questionnaires in progress, users can assign questions individually and by section or subsection to other users.
- Users can export Word or Excel-based questionnaires back to their original format.
- The Compare Import feature offers a side-by-side view of the original questionnaire file and the digitized questionnaire, making it easier for users to verify if the questionnaire has been imported correctly.
- Response Management now supports various answer types, including Yes/No, Single Select, Multi Select, Table and Open Text. Earlier, we only supported Open Text.
- Through the Partner module, users will have direct access to questionnaires from Response Management, making it easy to review partner-specific questionnaires.
Smart Response
Response360 searches the Answer Library and attached documents to generate the best answer. In this release, we made additional improvements to the answer-generation process.
- Since Response Management will support additional answer types in this release, Smart Response will generate answers for all of the available answer types (except Table). Earlier, we only generated Open Text answers.
- We will generate a single suggested answer from all relevant sources including documents and relevant Answer Library records. Earlier, we generated a suggested answer from documents and a separate suggested answer from relevant Answer Library records (only when there are no strong matches from the Answer Library).
- We will populate the suggested answer automatically and highlight that it was AI-generated. Earlier, we asked users to review the suggested answer in a different window and choose if they want to apply the answer.
