Guest Users will have access to their own personal Answer Library responses. Within the Answer Library, users are able to view their responses that were applied in previous questionnaires and manage their records.
1. Click on the Answer Library Module icon to access the Answer Library. Here, users can see a table view of all their saved answers that were either used in a previous questionnaire or that were manually uploaded.
2. Guest Users are able to click on the 3 dots under the Actions column to either view their answer record, change their answer status, or delete their answer.
3. Alternatively, users can click on the Bulk Action icon to perform actions in bulk. Please note: Guest Users will not be able to select the Bulk Assign Reviewer option unless they are a subscribed account.
4. By clicking into any of the Question links, users can see a full overview of the saved answer and its details. Here Users can also edit and verify their answers, however, they will not be able to assign a reviewer unless they are subscribed.
