Assessments

  • Dynamic Assessments: Show/hide questions and sections of an assessment based on Partner and/or Product attributes. Maintain a single master questionnaire that dynamically adapts to each respondent, eliminating the need to manage multiple versions of the same questionnaire. Rules can be configured directly in the questionnaire or exported/imported across instances.
  • Auto-ISAC: Expanded solution to support the Auto-ISAC cybersecurity use case across BV, OEMs, and their suppliers
    • Supplier experience: Enhanced respondent experience tailored for Auto-ISAC suppliers and OEM data sharing workflows
    • OEM data sharing: Suppliers can share assessments and Executive Reports with the OEMs they work with
    • CDP integration: Supplier data is integrated with CDP, allowing OEMs to view the supplier data they have access to
    • Executive Report Publishing: BV can publish Executive Reports to suppliers within the platform; suppliers can view them directly in the platform as well. This capability is also available for non-Auto-ISAC use cases.
    • MNDA support: BV's MNDA is displayed as the Terms & Conditions on the registration screen for supplier accounts
    • Supplier email updates: Specific subject line and body text edits made for Auto-ISAC supplier emails
  • Publishing Executive Report to respondents: Users can now share the Executive Report for an assessment with respondents directly in the platform, where they can also view and download it.

Platform

  • Requester field: The name and email of the user who requested the vendor is now visible in the Vendor list table, allowing users to filter and sort the table accordingly.
  • Email template updates: Subject lines and body text were updated across 23 emails spanning Assessment, Issues, and User Management workflows. 
    • Subject lines: Added Client and Vendor Name for faster identification
    • Body text: Removed sender name and email and made general text improvements throughout

Other Features

Platform

We're introducing several enhancements to improve platform functionality and usability:

  • Product / Account Contacts: Manage contacts directly on products and automatically include them when publishing assessments or creating schedules. Instead of manually adding contacts each time, users can quick-populate from product contacts during individual or bulk publishing workflows, reducing repetitive data entry and streamlining assessment coordination.
  • Simplified Module Tabs: To streamline navigation and reduce visual clutter, we have shortened several module tab names (e.g., My Assignment is now Assignments).
  • Question Filtering by Custom Attributes: Filter assessment questions by custom attributes directly on the evaluation page, making it easier to locate specific questions across large questionnaires. Filters combine with existing tag, section, and status filters, giving users a faster, more flexible way to navigate and manage assessments.
  • Import / Export Prepopulation Settings: The "Do Not Prepopulate" setting introduced in 26.3 now extends to questionnaire import and export. Users can tag questions in bulk via a dedicated column in the import / export file, making it faster to configure prepopulation rules across large questionnaires without updating each question individually.
  • Performance and Reliability: This release brings several improvements to address reported issues across the application. We’ve updated the assessment evaluation page to resolve scrolling and stuttering issues. We’ve also investigated and tackled a variety of logout issues impacting users.

  • Our release is scheduled between noon and 3 PM PST. During this window, some application areas may experience brief reduced functionality, and the application may be temporarily unavailable for up to 1 hour with downtime after 2 PM PST.
